This Privacy Policy explains how the Ticket Toll apps collect, use, and protect your information when you buy, manage, issue, or verify toll tickets and passes.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, phone number, and email used to sign in and identify your account.
- Vehicle details — vehicle registration/plate and related information you add to buy or use toll products and passes.
- Ticket & pass activity — tickets and passes purchased or issued, gate check-in/out records, and validation scans.
- Payment references — records of payments, receipts, and reference numbers. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Device information — basic technical data (device type, app version, and, for collectors, a device identifier) needed to operate and secure the app, including offline ticketing.
- Support requests — messages you send us for help.
How we use your information
- To sell, issue, and validate toll tickets and passes and to process payments and receipts.
- To verify a ticket or pass at a gate (which may display the associated vehicle and holder name to the operator for anti-fraud verification).
- To send notifications about your account, tickets, and payments.
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
- To operate, secure, and improve the apps, and to prevent fraud.
- To meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations.
How we share information
We share information only with authorised service providers (such as hosting and payment partners) and with the relevant toll authority or public authority where required to deliver the service or comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and audit requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Terms and Conditions
Using the apps
By using the Ticket Toll apps you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account and vehicle information and keep your sign-in details secure. The Collector app may be used only by authorised toll collectors while assigned to an active collection role.
Tickets, passes & payments
- Toll products, passes, refunds, disputes, and enforcement are subject to the applicable toll authority rules and local law.
- A ticket or pass is valid only for the vehicle, gate, and period for which it was issued; misuse or sharing may void it.
- Collectors must confirm cash received before issuing a ticket, and record sales and validations accurately.
- Retain the receipt and reference number issued as your proof of payment.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the apps, attempt unauthorised access, tamper with tickets or QR codes, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Availability & changes
The apps are provided on an "as available" basis. We may update these terms and this policy from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page.
Account & Data Deletion
The Ticket Toll app lets you create your own account, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account (or include your registered phone number) with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request is genuinely from you before acting on it.
What is deleted
- Your profile and login credentials.
- Your personal contact and vehicle details, and saved payment references.
What may be retained
Records of completed ticket purchases, passes, and payments may be kept (and anonymised where possible) only for as long as required by applicable toll authority, tax, accounting, audit, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Timeframe
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
